Wellington Concert Showcases:
The concerts that concluded our Summer Intensive featured pieces that we had been workshopping under the guidance of our phenomenal Musical Director, Jono Palmer and Assistant Conductor, Peter Liley.
The repertoire for this programme was inspired by both classical and contempory works, selected to take the audience on a journey through history and provoke a sense of escapism. These pieces featured a number of talented soloists within the ensemble and provided a great challenge, especially our epic The Divine Comedy which required a lot of perseverance!
