May 5 to 7, 2017 in New Plymouth, hosted by The Great Taranaki Steam Band

NZCBA Band Weekend is an ongoing initiative, previously Senior Band.  The new name reflects the weekend as an event for all musicians, regardless of age, but about grade 3 wind band level.  Encouragement, success, musical satisfaction and friendship are the key objectives.

The music will be concert band grade 3 to grade 3.5 with maybe a grade 4.
All ages encouraged to meet as a musical community to share our love of playing.  Please note that no chaperones will be provided by NZCBA or the host band, The Great Taranaki Steam Band.
Dr Errol Moore, the Dunedin based educator, musician, conductor will be your Musical Director.

Cost is $60 which includes morning and afternoon tea. We’d miss you if If this was a financial burden, please contact Kathleen and we’ll do what we can so you can attend. secretary@nzcba.org
